Intersoft Data Labs, Inc. seeks a Senior Technology Compliance Analyst (Analyst III) to lead governance, risk and control testing across cloud environments.

The role demands hands-on audit readiness, testing of controls and automation of evidence collection in a security-driven setup. The successful candidate will collaborate with Security, Cloud, DevSecOps, Engineering and Compliance teams, leveraging frameworks like SOC 2 Type II, NIST and PCI DSS to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications

• Compliance Frameworks: SOC 2 Type II, NIST, PCI DSS.
• IT Controls & Audit: ITGC, automated controls, evidence testing, control validation, audit readiness, remediation.
• Compliance Testing: develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, validate evidence accuracy/completeness, challenge gaps.
• Cloud: Azure and AWS configurations, logs, reports, cloud evidence.
• Compliance Automation: automated evidence collection, APIs, scripting, data validation.
• Tools: Jira and Confluence required; ServiceNow/GRC platforms preferred.
• Technical/Analytical: critical thinking, skepticism, attention to detail, technical judgment.

Senior Technology Compliance Analyst (Analyst III) (work timings 5 PM to 2:30 AM)

Below is the JD used:

• Compliance Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with SOC 2 Type II, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• IT Controls & Audit: ITGC, automated controls, evidence testing, control validation, audit readiness, exceptions and remediation.
• Compliance Testing: Ability to develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, validate evidence accuracy/completeness, and independently challenge gaps.
• Cloud: Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS, including configurations, logs, reports and cloud-generated compliance evidence.
• Compliance Automation: Exposure to automated evidence collection, APIs, queries, scripting and data validation is preferred.
• Tools: Jira and Confluence required; ServiceNow/GRC platforms preferred.
• Technical/Analytical: Strong critical thinking, professional skepticism, attention to detail, technical judgment and ability to translate controls into testable requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work across Security, Cloud, DevSecOps, Engineering, Applications, Compliance and Business teams.
• Experience: Approximately 57 years in technology compliance, IT audit, information security, risk or controls testing.
• Certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, PCI, Azure or AWS certifications are advantageous

• Ability to work in a professional office or remote environment and use a computer for extended periods during the workday.
