Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise‑grade cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, automation, and container orchestration, with a strong preference for experience in Red Hat OpenShift.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure in Azure and GCP.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives and ensure best practices in architecture and security.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Deployment Manager.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native development.
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and container orchestration.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Solutions Architect.
• Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi‑cloud strategies.
