Job summary

CSC Global is seeking a Senior Client Accountant - Finance & Tax in Gurgaon, India, with expertise in Indian GAAP/US GAAP and GST compliance. The role covers end-to-end accounting, tax, payroll, and client advisory for multinational clients.

Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and client Finance/Tax teams worldwide is essential. Qualified CA with 5–6 years of experience, or MBA in Finance with 9–10 years, will be considered; Yardi, Tally, SAP, and Zoho proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 5-6 years of experience or MBA in Finance with 9-10 years of experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and US GAAP.
• Experience with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and payroll deliverables for multiple multinational clients.
• Review bookkeeping, monthly financials, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards and Companies Act.
• Act as primary client contact for Finance/Tax teams globally and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate within the team and with cross-functional teams; ensure Indians GAAP and US GAAP compliance.

1. Client Delivery & Technical Oversight

Oversee end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and payroll deliverables for multiple multinational clients.

Review bookkeeping, monthly financials, reconciliations, and MIS reports prepared by the team.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements.

Preparation of financial statement as per Indian Accounting Standard and Companies Act.

2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client Finance/Tax teams globally.

Identify opportunities for value-added services and additional revenue growth within existing accounts.

3. Team Management and Coordination

Coordinate within the team and liaise with team members for various tasks.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and US GAAP.

Understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, payroll compliance

Proficiency with accounting Software Yardi, Tally, SAP, Zoho.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Qualified CA with 5- 6 years of experience.

Exceptional candidates with an MBA in Finance and 9-10 years of relevant experience will also be considered
