Job summary
Windmller & Hlscher India Pvt. Ltd., Delhi-based, seeks a Senior .NET Developer with strong WPF expertise to lead enterprise desktop applications. You will drive architecture, implement MVVM, and mentor junior engineers while delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in C# and WPF with MVVM patterns.

- Experience with multithreading and async/await in desktop apps.
- Proficient in MySQL design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with EF, REST API integration, and CI/CD is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with deep expertise in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), strong knowledge of MySQL, and solid command over Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles.
The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade desktop applications, define architectural standards, mentor junior developers, and ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of WPF-based systems.
- Lead architecture, design, and development of complex WPF desktop applications.
- Design scalable solutions using MVVM architecture pattern.
- Create reusable WPF components, custom controls, and resource dictionaries.
- Optimize UI performance and memory management in large-scale applications.
