Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Surat seeks a senior C++ developer to design and optimise high-performance, low-latency trading applications for an established brokerage.

You will work with traders, quants and technology teams to build market data, order management and execution components, leveraging C++17/20, Linux, multithreading and TCP/IP with a focus on reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C++ development with strong Modern C++ proficiency (C++17/20).
• Experience in Linux, multithreading, TCP/IP and socket programming.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, STL and OOP; strong debugging and performance optimisation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain low-latency trading applications in Modern C++.
• Build and optimise market data, OMS and execution systems.
• Develop multithreaded, high-performance apps and exchange connectivity.
• Improve performance, reliability and scalability; troubleshoot production issues; review code.
• Collaborate with traders, quants and tech teams; mentor junior developers.

An established brokerage firm investing in proprietary trading across ETFs, index products, commodities and systematic strategies is hiring a senior C++ developer to build and optimise high-performance, low-latency trading applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain low-latency trading applications in Modern C++ (C++17 / C++20)
• Build and optimise market data, order management and execution systems
• Develop multithreaded, high-performance applications and exchange connectivity
• Optimise application performance, reliability and scalability; troubleshoot production issues; review code
• Work alongside traders, quants and technology teams; mentor junior developers

Required skills:

• 5+ years of C++ development; strong Modern C++, data structures, algorithms, STL and OOP; Linux, multithreading, TCP/IP and socket programming; strong debugging and performance optimisation.

Preferred skills:

• Aalgorithmic trading, proprietary trading or HFT experience; FIX protocol, market data feeds and low-latency system design; Boost, IPC, shared memory and Python.
• The gate here is engineering depth trading domain exposure is preferred, not required.
