Job summary

QiCAP.Ai is seeking a skilled C++ developer to design, build, and maintain a low-latency, scalable trading platform in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and traders to drive performance, reliability, and feature delivery.

Experience ranges from 2 to 10 years, with a background in CS/ Electronics and IITs preferred. Strong communication and DevOps practices are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Design, build and maintain complex, scalable, low latency platform in C++ (2–10 years experience recommended).
• Strong knowledge of high-performance distributed systems and algorithms.
• Experience with DevOps/Agile practices and CI pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Knowledge of Indian market rules for trading systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain complex, scalable, low latency platform in C++.
• Conduct statistical data analysis to identify trading performance improvements (basic stats helpful).
• Understand Indian market rules, regulations, exchange offerings and update trading systems accordingly.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle with strategies, traders and clients; strong communication required.
• Study, advise and implement next-generation platform features.
• Adhere to DevOps/Agile strategies to ensure stability and performance of trading platform.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain complex, scalable, low latency platform in C++.
• Conduct statistical data analysis to identify trading performance improvements. Here, having knowledge of basic statistical analysis is a plus.
• Understand Indian market rules, regulations, exchange service offerings and enhance the trading systems to incorporate any changes to these rules.
• Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle coupled with heavy interaction with strategies, traders and clients. The environment is dynamic and collaborative so, strong communication skills are a must.
• Study, advice and implement our next-generation of the platform.
• Adhere to DevOps/Agile strategies ensuring stability, capacity and performance of our trading platform. This will help to manage our technological risk and developer productivity.
