Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Associate to own the final stage of the sales funnel and drive learner enrollments. In this role, you will engage directly with prospective learners calling parents & take follow ups on career and program benefits, and ensure high conversion rates through structured follow-ups. This is an individual contributor role focused on maximizing enrollments while delivering a seamless learner experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through phone/video calls to understand concerns, clarify doubts, and drive leads toward closure.
- Follow up continuously and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle post-demo, including lead engagement, objection handling, and closing.
- Communicate effectively the value proposition and uniqueness of the NIAT Program.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of lead interactions and feedback for smooth follow-ups.
- Share learner insights with the demo and other teams to improve processes.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every interaction is respectful, empathetic, and impactful
Qualifications & Requirements
- 0 -3 years of experience in B2C Sales / Business Development, preferably in EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket B2C industries with CRM tools and sales dashboards experience
- Strong sales acumen with expertise in closing deals, consultative selling, and objection handling.
- Excellent communication skills in English + Tamil.
- Highly target-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, metric-driven environments.
Work Location & Days
- Work from Office depending on territory.
- 6-days working in a week
- Training Location : Hyderabad
- Work Timings : 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Week offs : Rotational (Not on Saturday, Sunday)
