Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with BPO process owners and subject matter experts to understand workflows, process pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Conduct detailed process assessments and requirement-gathering sessions to document current-state and desired future-state processes.
• Prepare comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with RPA Solution Architects and Developers to clarify business rules, exception handling, and functional logic.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact.
• Support the testing and validation of automated solutions, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Ensure business alignment and track the progress of RPA initiatives against defined timelines and goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest standardization opportunities before automation.
• Provide post-implementation support by coordinating feedback and ensuring successful adoption of RPA solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field .
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst , ideally with exposure to RPA, automation, or BPO operations .
• Strong understanding of business process mapping , requirement gathering , and documentation .
• Experience in preparing PDD, BRD, and functional specification documents .
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism , etc. (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders .
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation within deadlines.
