Skills: Business analysis; Regulatory trade and transaction reporting; EMIR; MiFID II; CFTC; SFTR; ASIC; MAS; HKMA regulations; Capital markets domain knowledge; Trade lifecycle understanding; Data analysis using SQL; Data analysis using Excel; Reporting platforms (DTCC, UnaVista, Regis-TR, HKTR, ASIC portal); Stakeholder management; Communication skills; Requirement gathering and documentation (BRDs, FSDs, workflow diagrams); Functional and technical specification writing; UAT planning and execution; Knowledge of trade data attributes across asset classes (Rates, Credit, FX, Equities, Commodities); Gap analysis for regulatory changes; Familiarity with trade booking systems (Murex, Calypso, Summit, ION, MarkitSERV); Knowledge of control frameworks and exception management; Agile/Scrum methodology; Reporting data models; Data governance principles.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Regulatory Trade and Transaction Reporting to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with global banks or financial institutions, with a solid understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, CFTC, MAS, HKMA, ASIC, SFTR). The BA will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining reporting processes, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with evolving trade reporting regulations.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, ICA, Regulatory Compliance) are a plus.
