Job Summary

Develop and provide supply chain analytics that cross organizations and Business Units, such as throughput time, lead time, delivery, logistics, working capital, and order management. Make recommendations to achieve profitability, customer service, and/or inventory goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop supply chain analytics to make operational performance and trends visible. Lead and participate in six sigma and supply chain improvement projects. Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis. Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports. Develop reporting capability for supply chain Key Performance Indicators. Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans. Use existing business systems to provide analytics and reporting that are capable and repeatable. Develop basic supply chain models for scenario analysis. Conduct internal and external benchmarking analysis. Provide financial analysis as required.

Role Overview

The Order Intake Senior Analyst is a global role high visibility role between Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Identifies gaps with operational impact to AOP, forecast, and demands plans. Makes recommendations for projections.

This role analyzes demand forecasts, demonstrated demands, build plans trends, shipment trends, and related KPIs trends to create awareness of early signals and their impacts in supply chain, sales and marketing, and finance. Identifies product mix changes in demands, regional mix changes and abnormal demands. Quantifies demand changes and provides impact analysis in lead times, build plans, and revenues. Creates standard materials for demand reviews, financial reviews, and supply chain reviews. Drives escalations to proper stakeholders through the business forums (Financial reviews, Demand Reviews, Supply Chain Reviews).

Utilizes AI prompting and existing automation to perform complex analysis. Serve as gate keeper for data repositories used in multiple analysis. Manages and maintain multi year data repositories, Power BI and Dashboard landing page/repository, and ensures service level and uptime of existing BIs and datasets.

Manages several projects, applies project management principals to control schedule and scope, manages stakeholders expectations for milestones, and present project portfolio updates to managers and directors.

MUST Have Demonstrated Experience Executing/developing

• Strong Project Management Experience (stakeholders expectations, manage timelines)
• Strong communications skills with directors and managers
• Experience identifying long term and short term trends using analytical methods
• Experience creating and managing assumptions in projections or recurring analysis
• Experience creating analytical frameworks to root cause gaps and solve problems.
• Experience creating business analytical models and manage ambiguity
• Strong statistical experience (SPSS, Minitab, @Risk Palisade, Databricks)
• Strong skills prompting for analysis, creating trends and charts, using multiple sources, and merging analysis
• Strong skills with: Power BI and Power Queries
• Highly desired experience with Power-Automate or Copilot Studio
• Highly desired knowledge of SQL scripts and phyton
• 10years of experience
• Master in Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, AI or related field is highly desired.
