Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced BTP Consultant (CAPM) to design, implement, and optimize SAP Business Technology Platform solutions. You will work with SAP and non-SAP integrations, uphold CAPM governance, and promote clean core practices, agile delivery, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires strong hands‑on BTP experience, cloud skills, and the ability to transform and integrate systems while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA degree required.
• 7–12 years of experience in SAP/BTP or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services and cloud technologies.
• Experience with CAPM and cloud integrations.
• Strong communication skills and an Agile mindset; familiarity with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planning and transformation services to help premium customers identify opportunities for a clean core.
• Define governance strategies for custom code development.
• Enable customers on best practices for SAP BTP development in CAPM.
• Identify and recommend solutions for custom code quality issues, ensuring adherence to clean core best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data stewards, and developers.
• Transform custom code by identifying modifications/enhancements for replacement/re-platforming with in-app or side-by-side extensions.
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Agile mindset.
• Knowledge of JIRA.
