Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst BP&A to own planning, forecasting and reporting, partnering with US finance and business leaders for insightful decision support.

You will drive long-range planning, variance analysis, and close processes, leveraging Excel and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of FP&A experience and strong stakeholder partnership.
• Extensive FP&A across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue forecasting, valuations, and capital planning.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting and end-to-end close processes; process improvements welcome.
• Advanced Excel and a quick learner who leverages evolving AI tools to automate and improve efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Support annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reporting cycles
• Support long-range financial planning and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions
• Deliver variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) with clear, quantified drivers and actionable insights
• Review GL balances and cost centers, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system adoption (Oracle ERP, Workday Adaptive Planning preferred)

The Azurity Finance Team is searching for a Senior Finance Analyst BP&A to join the team as we enable the business to make profitable and well-founded decisions. This person needs to be a go-getter who can take full ownership of their areas. Our team seeks an experienced professional who is skilled, dependable and will partner successfully with the business leaders.

Role and Responsibilities

• Partner with US finance and business leaders to drive planning, insights, and decision support
• Support annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reporting cycles
• Support long-range financial planning and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions
• Deliver variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) with clear, quantified drivers and actionable insights
• Review GL balances and cost centers, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system adoption (Oracle ERP, Workday Adaptive Planning preferred)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of experience.
• Extensive FP&A experience across (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow), revenue forecasting, valuations, and capital planning, with strong stakeholder partnership
• Strong expertise in GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and end-to-end close processes (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Proven team leader with advanced Excel expertise, strong process improvement mindset, and a quick learner who leverages evolving AI tools to drive automation and enhance efficiency

Preferred Skills

• CFA and/or MBA in Finance
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and interpret trends and improve financial forecasting
• Team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse and broad range of stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to work flexibly with conflicting demands so that work is scheduled to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
