Job summary

WSP India seeks a Revit Lead to provide CAD/BIM support across building projects. You will create BIM models and detailed drawings for RC/steel structures, and lead a team of Revit modellers.

You will report to the BIM Manager and work across Noida and Bengaluru offices, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality construction documents on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Hands-on experience with Revit Structures, Revit families, and AutoCAD.
• Experience leading CAD/BIM teams on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revit modelling team to produce BIM models and detailed designs.
• Prepare construction drawings and engineering details for RC/steel projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and report to BIM Manager.

To work as part of our Building Structures Team to provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects. The successful candidate’s role will be as a Revit Lead within the WSP in India in our Noida/Bangalore office producing BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings and from time to time lead a team of Revit modellers. You can expect to be active on several projects at any given time. You will report to BIM Manager or Team Leader.

Key Competencies / Skills

• The applicant should possess a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering

• Hands on experience on Revit Structures software, Revit families and AutoCAD.

• Experience of working on a number of sized projects, as the sole CAD/BIM support and as part of a wider CAD/BIM team

• Improvement and quality

• Able to demonstrate competence in:

• Organization skills

• 10+ years’ experience in RC / steel detailing

• Good coordination & communication skills (HK + cross-border teams)

• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit (Structure), Navisworks and rebar detailing standards

• Experience in Building Structure and R C details for submission

• Experience in Steel Connection details (Optional)

• Tekla Structures, CDE (Optional)
