Job summary

Objectways is seeking a Senior Big Data Engineer to design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms on cloud-native solutions. You will provide technical leadership across engineering teams and drive best practices.

You will develop scalable ETL pipelines using Scala, Spark, Hive, and GCP, mentor staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics using Power BI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in GCP, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
• Hands-on experience with Scala, Spark, Hive, and Data Lakes.
• Extensive ETL and Data Warehousing experience.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience in architecture design and system modeling.
• Advanced SQL and database expertise.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
