Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience navigating relational databases and data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with data prep tools to filter/join/transform data from multiple sources (SQL, Python, PySpark, Tableau Prep, Power Query).
• Experience creating reports in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Experience selling analysis and insights to drive action.
• Self-motivated learner.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop underlying data models for reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs.
• Collaborate with data engineers and the data platform team to ensure that the data available for reporting is aligned with the needs of business end users.
• Perform BI tool administrative tasks, including managing licenses, access groups, and setting up new users.
• Provide training support for reporting tools.
• Independently identify and pursue data and process improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
