About The Role

We are seeking a senior backend engineer capable of bridging data infrastructure, backend systems, and AI operations. This role is crucial in building and scaling systems that power our community businesses. You will collaborate closely with product and community growth teams to automate workflows, deploy AI agents, and maintain clean, reliable data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using tools like dbt and Snowflake.
2. Build and deploy AI agents and micro-services supporting operational and community use cases.
3. Own our backend architecture, focusing on scalability, automation, and speed.
4. Integrate third-party platforms (CRM, ESP, forms, etc.) and unify customer data across systems.
5. Support internal tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency with fewer resources.

Requirements
