Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd is seeking a Backend Developer for Gurgaon, Haryana, India. You will build and maintain backend services in a microservices architecture using C# and .NET, expose RESTful APIs, and work with SQL databases and AWS cloud services.

Emphasis on secure coding, proper logging, and design patterns. Experience with authentication/authorization and API security is required; knowledge of AI applications is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET development.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Understanding of API security, authentication and authorization.
• Good logging, exception handling, and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of design patterns, OOP concepts and SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend components using C#/.NET in a microservices environment.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with databases.
• Ensure security, logging, and robust error handling across services.
• Apply design patterns and SOLID principles to deliver scalable code.
• Stay aligned with AI opportunities when applicable to solutions.
