Job summary

A fast-growing FinTech company is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain scalable microservices for their digital communication platform. Ideal candidates will have experience in Java and/or Golang, strong skills in cloud infrastructure, and the ability to optimize backend systems. Qualifications

• 3-8 years' backend development experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong skills in Java and/or Golang.
• Solid experience with Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable microservices that power our communication platform for financial institutions. You’ll work with Golang or Java, modern cloud infrastructure, and robust data systems to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions with clean architecture.
