Job summary

RapidClaims is seeking a Software Development Engineer to build scalable backend systems for its AI-driven healthcare platform. You will design robust APIs, implement distributed services, and ensure system reliability in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role requires 2+ years of backend experience and proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and Go. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, RESTful APIs, microservices, and Docker is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, NodeJS and Go.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and message brokers (Kafka).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and API design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Prior experience in the US healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare workflows, systems, and regulations
• Experience with healthcare-specific technologies, such as integrations with EHR/EMR systems and Healthcare APIs ecosystem is preferred.
