The role involves defining cloud security standards, protecting enterprise data, and enabling secure adoption of advanced Azure services such as Azure AI, AKS, Cognitive Search, and Document Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement Azure & O365 security policies, standards, and guardrails
• Manage and optimize security services including:
• Defender for Cloud
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Policy & Firewall
• RBAC & Identity Controls
• Secure advanced Azure workloads:
• Azure AI (models, APIs, data pipelines)
• Azure Cognitive Search & Document Intelligence
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) – container and runtime security
• Implement O365 security controls:
• Exchange Online Protection
• DLP & Sensitivity Labels
• MFA & Conditional Access
• Insider Risk Management
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Terraform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Azure & Microsoft 365 Security
• Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, and PIM
• Experience securing AKS, Azure AI, or other advanced Azure services
• Proven incident response and remediation experience
