Job summary

PwC Bengaluru seeks a Senior Associate to join our Advisory software team. You will design, code, and test cutting‑edge .NET/Azure applications, focusing on scalable microservices and modern front‑end stacks.

The role requires 6+ years in C#, .NET, Azure, REST APIs, and DevOps; you will work with SQL/NoSQL databases, Azure PaaS, and AKS for container orchestration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET8, Azure, EF, LINQ, Angular/React, TS.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proficient in Azure PaaS (Functions, SQL Database, Logic Apps, Storage, API Management, Service Bus).
• Experience deploying with Azure DevOps, Docker, and AKS; SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in C#, .NET8, Azure, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular/React, TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices architecture, with a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, OOP, asynchronous programming, and exception handling etc.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Logic App, Storage Account, API Management, Service Bus, Azure OpenAI etc.).
• Hands‑on experience in deploying and managing applications using Azure DevOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (AKS).
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for writing high‑quality code.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
