Job summary

SP Staffing in Pune is seeking a highly experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our data team. The role focuses on building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse to deliver reliable data solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in data engineering and a strong track record in ETL/ELT, data lake architecture, and performance tuning on cloud platforms. You will lead critical data initiatives across enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data pipeline development.
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and cloud data architecture.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics is preferred.
• Good knowledge of data integration, transformation, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
