Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Avionics Software Developer to lead the development of safety‑critical embedded software for avionics applications in Bengaluru. You will define software architecture, guide the team, and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards while coordinating with global stakeholders.

The role involves requirements engineering, high/low level design, coding, debugging, and verification across the full software lifecycle, with mentorship of junior engineers

Qualifications

• >5 years of experience in full software lifecycle in avionics.
• Embedded requirements engineering with static/dynamic design.
• Experience with DO-178B/C standards and RTOS.
• Experience working with global/multisite teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements engineering and document software requirements.
• Develop high level and low level designs (HOOD/Class/UML).
