Job summary

Roboyo Group is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to own end-to-end UiPath automation delivery for international clients within a distributed delivery setup. You will drive design, development, testing and deployment across complex workflows and enterprise systems.

The role requires deep UiPath expertise, certification, and hands-on experience with AI Center and agent technologies. You will mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering with UiPath IXP for extracting unstructured data
• Proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification
• Solid experience with AI Center, Action Center and building Agentic AI solutions
• Exposure to coded agents and agent builder of UiPath
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication of complex technical topics to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable Intelligent Automation solutions using UiPath and integrate with APIs and databases
• Mentor junior and mid-level automation engineers and perform peer code reviews
• Deliver Agentic AI solutions using UiPath IXP and agents
• Collaborate with the automation team to address client needs including data extraction with UiPath IXP
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and run automated tests for reliable deployments
• Diagnose and resolve defects and optimize performance before handoff to support
• Stay updated on industry trends and improve consulting offerings

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to own the technical delivery of UiPath automation workstreams end-to-end — from design and development through testing and deployment — working with international clients across a distributed, global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable Intelligent Automation solutions using advanced UiPath capabilities, integrating with various APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Act as a technical guide for junior and mid-level automation engineers within your pod. Assist the Tech Lead with rigorous peer code reviews to enforce coding standards and reusability.
• Discover, estimate and deliver Agentic AI solutions implementing the UiPath suite (Studio, IXP, Agent building and Coded agents) effectively
• Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs, including intelligent data extraction use cases leveraging UiPath IXP and custom models.
• Actively participate in the CI/CD pipeline, writing and executing automated unit and integration tests to ensure flawless deployments and mitigate production risks.
• Take the lead on diagnosing and resolving complex technical defects, optimising performance bottlenecks, and stabilizing processes before handoff to support teams.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering, including practical experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Xtraction and Processing) — converting unstructured and semi-structured data such as emails, contracts, and invoices into structured data for automation
• Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification
• Solid experience with AI Center, Action Center and proven expertise in building Agentic AI solutions
• Exposure to coded agents and agent builder of UiPath
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to reverse-engineer legacy processes and design elegant, efficient modern architectures.
• Strong ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly to both technical peers and project management.
