We are looking for a Senior Associate – Value & Access Insights to join Amgen’s Value & Access analytics team. In this role, you will support analytics related to payer access, reimbursement, managed care, IDNs, customer segmentation, and commercial performance across therapy areas such as Retail, Specialty, Oncology, and Rare Disease. You will work closely with global stakeholders to convert business questions into analytical solutions, dashboards, data models, and actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in data, enjoys solving business problems, and is willing to adopt modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.
Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; or Diploma with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields may include analytics, business intelligence, computer science, statistics, data science, engineering, economics, pharmacy, life sciences, or related disciplines.
You are a strong fit for this role if you can work with complex data, build clear dashboards, write strong SQL, use Python to improve efficiency, communicate with stakeholders, and turn analysis into business insights. We are especially looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve analytics delivery and business impact.
