The role partners with engagement leaders, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery while supporting broader practice operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• RSM's Healthcare Consulting practice is seeking an Operations Project Manager Senior Associate to support the operational management and successful delivery of healthcare technology engagements. This role is responsible for driving project execution, operational governance, resource coordination, and delivery consistency across multiple healthcare technology, revenue cycle, and digital transformation initiatives. The Operations Project Manager will partner with engagement leaders, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while supporting broader practice operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Operations and Management

• Manage day-to-day operational activities across the Healthcare Technology Consulting practice.
• Coordinate resource planning, staffing assignments, and capacity management across multiple engagements.
• Monitor project and operational metrics, including status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, Assist with project financial tracking, forecasting and action items.
• Drive adherence to delivery standards, governance processes, templates, and best practices.
• Support onboarding and enablement activities for consultants and project team members.

• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, workshops, and steering committee sessions.

Healthcare Technology Delivery Support

• Support implementation and optimization of healthcare technology solutions, including revenue cycle and clinical systems.
• Coordinate technical, operational, and training activities to support project adoption and system utilization.
• Collaborate with healthcare provider organizations, client stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support initiatives involving healthcare interoperability, cloud migration, EMR/EHR transformation, and revenue cycle technology solutions.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare operations, provider workflows, and healthcare technology ecosystems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, technology operations, healthcare consulting, or implementation services.
• Experience supporting or managing healthcare technology projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare IT, revenue cycle operations, EHR/EMR implementations, or clinical technology environments.
• Experience managing healthcare technology implementations and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to cloud migration initiatives and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
