Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in complex transaction processing, strong analytical skills, and excellent client-facing abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• London market certification candidates will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK Lloyd's / London Market Insurance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle UK Lloyd's / London Market Insurance operations.
• Manage unallocated cash investigations, cash matching, reconciliation and credit control processes.
• Independently handle complex investigations and ageing cash items.

Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market and hands-on experience in Premium Booking and Endorsement Processing. The candidate will be responsible for accurate premium processing, interpreting insurance documentation, and supporting team knowledge calibration and audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in UK Lloyd's / London Market Insurance operations.
• Extensive knowledge of Unallocated Cash Investigation, Cash Matching, Reconciliation, and Credit Control processes.
• Ability to independently handle complex investigations and ageing cash items.
• Experience in team support, query resolution, and SME responsibilities.
• Proven experience in cross-training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Experience with London Market systems and insurance operations.
