Job summary

Kaleidofin Private Limited is seeking a senior professional in Chennai to lead structured finance initiatives, including debt transactions and investor engagements across East Africa. The role requires deep finance expertise and travel up to 20%.

• CA / CFA / MBA Finance degree required.
• 5-8 years of experience in structured finance, preferably NBFCs/fintech.
• Strong understanding of structured finance, credit analysis, and macro/economics.
• Experience in securitisation, local bonds, or blended finance.
• Excellent sales, proposal writing, and investor outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute local currency debt transactions in East African markets.
• Originate and pitch deals to local and international investors.
• Collaborate with DFIs, financial institutions, and capital market players.
• Involve in fundraising, grants, and technical assistance to improve proposals and compliance.
• Leverage Kaleidofin's risk tech to design scalable solutions.

• Structure and execute local currency debt transactions in East African markets

• To be involved in fundraising initiatives, with a focus on securing grants and delivering technical assistance to enhance proposal quality and compliance.
• Leverage Kaleidofin's risk intelligence and credit tech to design scalable solutions
• Contribute to proposal writing, investor outreach, and sales processes

Who you need to be?

• CA / CFA / MBA Finance, minimum 5-8 years of experience with Structured Finance preferably in NBFCs / finance / fin-tech sector / MFIs.
• A strong understanding of structured finance, Credit analysis, Evaluate economic, strategic cost-benefit, valuation analysis and thesis of partnerships.
• Experience in designing or executing securitisation, local bonds, or blended finance transactions
• Strong sales and proposal writing skills
• A passion for inclusive finance and emerging markets
• Location: Chennai - Willingness to travel (up to 20%) within East Africa
