EY in New Delhi is seeking a Senior Associate for GOV-SaT-SaT, TCF - Infrastructure Advisory. You will work within Government and public sector transactions services to deliver strategic, financial and operational insights for infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on procurement strategy design for PPPs, preparing bid documents and guiding end-to-end bidding activities, with a requirement of 5 years of relevant experience including PPP/ procurement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics/finance/infrastructure/planning/management or MBA/PGDM or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years in procurement/PPP/economic development/project development/finance or related works.
• Experience in end-to-end bidding, bid evaluation, and contract documentation.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement procurement strategies for PPP and infrastructure advisory engagements.
• Prepare EoI, RFQ, RFP, and draft concession/contract documents for public procurement processes.
• Manage end-to-end bidding activities, pre-bid meetings, clarifications and bidder communications; support bid evaluation and contract finalization.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong experience in procurement strategy design and implementation for PPP and infrastructure advisory engagements. Proficient in preparing EoI, RFQ, RFP, and draft concession/contract documents for public procurement processes. Hands-on capability in managing end-to-end bidding activities, including pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and bidder communication. Skilled in supporting technical and financial bid evaluation, contract finalization, and related documentation. Deep understanding of transparency, competitiveness, policy compliance, and early-stage contract implementation support for PPP projects.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Master's degree in economics / finance / Infrastructure / Planning / Management or MBA/PGDM or equivalent

Experience

• minimum 5 years of relevant experience and must have 3 years of experience involving Procurement /PPP/ Economic Development / Project Development/ finance or related works.
