Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive analyses for M&A transactions. Strong ability to evaluate financial performance and assess operational efficiencies in target companies. Skilled in presenting detailed findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and clients. Experienced in leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision‑making in M&A contexts. Demonstrated understanding of industry‑specific regulations and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities. Ability to create pitches and conduct BD activities.
