Job summary

PwC India seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. You will lead end-to-end SAP FICO projects from requirement gathering to go-live, drive Greenfield and Brownfield deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

The role requires strong FI/CO domain knowledge, hands-on experience across project phases, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–20 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
• Experience in requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, UAT, Go-Live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead functional teams, manage project deliverables, and support testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Provide consulting expertise and ensure successful project delivery aligned with SAP best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead functional teams, manage project deliverables, and support testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Provide consulting expertise and ensure successful project delivery aligned with SAP best practices.

Mandatory skill sets:

• 2–20 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects .
• Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, Business Blueprint, Configuration, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare .
• Hands-on experience in Greenfield and Brownfield implementations .
• Strong functional knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA) .
• Experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting roles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skill sets:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification and consulting experience with large enterprise transformation programs.

Years of experience required: 3-7 Years Education qualification: B.Tech/MBA/MCA/B.E.
