Job summary

Amgen RD Quality seeks aSenior Associate Quality Compliance (Analytics) to join the BIDA team in Hyderabad. You will maintain and expand data pipelines, tools, and reporting, delivering actionable insights to leaders while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will extract data, generate KPIs, and build Tableau dashboards, while developing Python scripts for automation and ensuring documentation per GxP standards. This role supports executive summaries and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and 4–7 years OR Bachelors degree and 6–9 years of experience
• Experience with data analytics, BI tools and data pipelines
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or similar programming languages

Responsibilities

• Extract and clean data from internal systems for regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Generate, validate, and deliver KPIs, quality metrics, and performance indicators.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Description

The senior associate will work within RD Qualitys Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (BIDA) team to help deliver actionable information and recommendations to key leaders and stakeholders by maintaining and expanding our data pipelines, tools, and reporting. This role contributes to ensuring Amgens pursuit of life-saving medication is done with the highest regard for quality and compliance to regulations.

Roles Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze metric trends, anomalies, and operational insights.

• Develop and maintain Python scripts used for data processing, transformation, and report automation.
• Help create reusable components for common data analysis tasks and documentation.
• Follow GxP controls and proper documentation of scripts and workflows.

Basic Qualifications and Experience
