Key Responsibilities
Strategy alignment and ownership
- Support AC India Tax strategic goals by translating them into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
- Ensure all initiatives clearly contribute to broader organisational impact and talent engagement objectives.
End-to-end planning and governance
- Own and maintain the AC India Tax events calendar, actively tracking milestones, interdependencies, and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain event briefs, comprehensive project plans, and checklists for each initiative.
- Lead pre‑event readiness across logistics, venue booking, communications, collateral, and technology setup, ensuring all workstreams align to plan.
Stakeholder and vendor leadership
- Own relationships with internal teams (People Experience, Facilities, Procurement, Communications, Finance – Accounts Payable) to drive timely coordination, logistics, PR/PO creation, and SRN/GRN processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and third‑party agencies, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met.
- Lead attendee communications end‑to‑end, including invites, RSVPs, reminders, and feedback collection.
On‑ground execution and issue resolution
- Drive on‑ground execution, ensuring set‑up, live coordination, and post‑event wrap‑up are delivered to plan.
- Ensure all materials, technology, and support services are ready and in place.
- Resolve real‑time challenges with agility and professionalism, escalating promptly when required.
Documentation, metrics, and reporting
- Own the capture and circulation of meeting notes, action trackers, and follow‑ups to drive accountability.
- Curate and maintain a central repository of event assets, feedback reports, attendance records, and learnings.
- Deliver post‑event reporting with metrics and insights to demonstrate outcomes and inform future decisions.
Continuous improvement and innovation
- Champion continuous improvement—compile participant feedback and lessons learned to enable enhancements.
- Stay current on industry trends and bring forward innovative ideas to elevate future projects and refine planning processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/MS Teams).
- Data analysis capability.
- A calm, proactive, and resourceful approach; strong work ethic and professional demeanour.
- Creative problem‑solving; demonstrated ability to work independently and in highly collaborative team environments.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6‑7 years of experience in project management and execution.
