Overview

The role is for a non-life actuarial professional with 4-7 years of experience, and prior experience with IFRS 17. You will be providing high-quality consulting and technical services to our clients both in India and overseas. Focusing on non-life insurance, you will work on actuarial consulting projects across multiple streams, such as IFRS 17 implementation & assurance, audit reviews, M&A due diligence, staff augmentation, etc. The role offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, growing consulting team focused on solving challenging problems through collaboration and team effort.

Responsibilities

• Qualification
• Required: 1 to 7 years of actuarial experience
• Required: Prior experience with IFRS 17 / Ind AS 117
• Required: At least 3 years of non-life or life insurance experience
• Prior experience with non-life insurance preferred.
• Preferably at least 4 actuarial papers passed from IAI / IFoA as per the new curriculum

• Expertise
• Expertise in IFRS 17 and preferably other aspects of actuarial work
• Thorough understanding of non-life insurance products and Indian statutory requirements preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of Python and/or VBA preferred
