Responsibilities

Description

The Senior Associate - Full Stack Engineering is a hands-on full-stack engineering role, equivalent in scope and expectations to a UK Intermediate Engineer. The role is responsible for building high-quality user-facing and back-end software solutions across the Consulting & Technology estate.

The role provides strong squad-level technical contribution across the React and .NET ecosystem, including TypeScript, component architecture, C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs, SQL Server, Azure, automated testing, accessibility, performance, and secure integration patterns.

Working closely with architects, lead engineers, and senior engineers, the role helps translate technical direction into maintainable implementation, follows engineering standards, and contributes to overall delivery quality through good engineering practice.

This role is ideal for an experienced full-stack engineer with 6-8 years' experience who can work independently on well-defined features, contribute to technical design, and deliver robust web applications and services in Agile engineering squads.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Design & Development

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality React, TypeScript, .NET, and C# applications aligned to architecture and squad priorities.
• Build reusable UI components, API services, domain services, background workers, and integrations using clean architecture and squad patterns.
