Job summary

Riveron India is seeking an Sr Associate to support High Radius Receivables Cloud implementations across the Order-to-Cash cycle, including AR, Collections, Cash Application, and the Payment Portal. You will gather requirements, map business processes, and perform hands-on configuration for client deployments.

You will collaborate with senior consultants and product teams, contribute to testing, training, and client onboarding, and help maintain project documentation and issue logs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in implementation, analysis, or SaaS roles.
• Foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Eagerness to grow into techno-functional consulting roles.
• Certifications in High Radius modules preferred.

• Support requirement gathering, documentation, and mapping of business processes.

• Conduct testing, validate configurations, and assist in issue tracking and resolution.

• Contribute to enhancement of methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.

Riveron is looking for an Sr Associate to support the implementation of High Radius Receivables Cloud applications and help deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Who You Are

You are an enthusiastic professional with 3-6 years of experience in implementation, functional analysis, or SaaS-related roles. You have a foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, and Payment Portal, and you are eager to learn and grow into techno-functional or functional consulting roles. You possess strong analytical and communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments.

Your Strengths Include

• Basic knowledge of O2C processes and business requirement mapping.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Preferred: Certifications in High Radius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP).
• Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.

What You’ll Do

• Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and articulate insights clearly.
• Tools & Platforms: High Radius Receivables Cloud (preferred), ERP systems.
• Certifications (Preferred): High Radius Cash Application, EIPP and Credit.
