Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking a Guidewire Developer to strengthen its Guidewire practice in the insurance domain. The role focuses on configuring and developing on the Guidewire Insurance Suite (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center) with Java and Gosu expertise.

You will work on architecture, development, and implementation tasks, collaborate with teams, and apply SCRUM Agile methodologies to deliver robust insurance solutions. Strong database and API knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Guidewire Developer with Claim Center configuration
• Strong Java and Gosu programming knowledge
• Experience with Guidewire Studio editors/tools
• XML, XSD and JSON knowledge
• Relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server
• SCRUM/Agile development experience

Responsibilities

• Develop technology roadmap, architecture and implement for Guidewire Insurance Suite
• Collaborate and implement most relevant tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements
• Experience in using various editors and tools available through Guidewire Studio
• Strong programming knowledge in object-oriented languages such as Java and Gosu
• Knowledge of XML, XSD and JSON
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server etc
• Knowledge in the Insurance domain
• Work experience in SCRUM Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Cross skilled in multiple products (Policy Center Billing Center/ Policy Center Claim Center /Billing Center Claim Center) is an advantage
