Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI/ML lead to develop and implement AI-driven financial solutions. You will partner with global teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI applications, from problem definition to deployment.

The role includes mentoring juniors, refining financial processes, and contributing to proposals. You will leverage Python, Generative AI frameworks, and data visualization tools to deliver impactful client solutions within a finance-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/DS/AI/ML or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• English oral and written proficiency.
• Strong Python and Generative AI framework expertise.
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, AI/ML solution development, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies: Power Platform, Power Apps, SharePoint.
• Expertise in financial data mining, modeling, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions, including LLM applications, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems, to address finance transformation use cases such as reconciliations, journal entry automation, anomaly detection, financial reporting, and treasury operations.
• Partner with global stakeholders and client teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, managing the full project lifecycle from problem definition and solution design to prototyping, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts and accelerators, contribute to proposals and business development initiatives, and continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance PwC's GenAI offerings and deliver innovative client solutions.
• Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions to optimize performance.
• Assessing and improving the efficiency of financial operations within client organizations.
• Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance internal controls.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python programming, Generative AI frameworks, LLM integration, prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, evaluation, and deployment of AI‑powered solutions.
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, AI/ML solution development, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Experience or familiarity in Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Power Apps, SharePoint, and enterprise solution delivery.
• Excelling in financial data mining and analysis.
• Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Utilizing advanced financial reporting and statement preparation skills.
• Managing complex financial transactions and internal controls.
