BDO India is seeking a qualified tax professional in Pune to join our Taxation team. You will work with the manager and articles to prepare and vet income tax returns for corporate and non-corporate assesses.

You will provide advisory on domestic and international taxation, transfer pricing, and draft submissions for assessments, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Formación

• CA with strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience in preparing and vetting income tax returns for corporate and non-corporate assesses.
• Ability to draft submissions and provide advisory on domestic and international taxation and transfer pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with team manager and articles to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate clearly and accurately, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Prepare and vet income tax returns for corporate and non-corporate taxpayers.
• Apply provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 and knowledge of DTAA in advisory matters.
• Draft submissions for assessments and transfer pricing proceedings and represent before authorities.

Role & responsibilities

• Working closely with team manager and articles
• Excellent communication, proficient in excel
• Ensuring that projects are completed efficiently within the budgeted time and cost.
• Technically sound and well versed with provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961
• Preparing and vetting return of incomes for corporate and non corporate assesee
• Knowledge of Double taxation avoidance treaty and preparing form 15 CA/CB.
• Providing advisory over domestic / International Taxation / Transfer pricing matters.
• Drafting submissions for assessment proceedings / transfer pricing proceedings / compliance notices and appearing before assessing officer and various other authorities
