Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, and managing interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using the Tableau platform to support strategic decision-making within organizations.
• Integrating, managing, and preparing data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Optimizing dashboard performance and managing Tableau Server/Online environments, including user permissions and data security.
• Conducting unit testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality and usability of dashboards and underlying data models.
• Providing user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize the value and adoption of Tableau solutions.
• Solid understanding of SQL, databases (relational and multidimensional), and data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep; strong Excel skills are also beneficial.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and handling large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
