Job summary

Juris Prime Law Services in Hyderabad is seeking a skilled lawyer to join our corporate team. The role focuses on drafting agreements, advising on transactions, and preparing opinions on legal issues with emphasis on Indian corporate law.

You will collaborate with senior partners, manage multiple priorities independently, and stay updated on legal developments to mitigate business risks. Excellent English communication is required, and experience in multinational settings is a plus.

• Assist in the formation and implementation of business plans and procedures to manage legal and tax risks& advise on mitigation & preventive legal measures.
• Regular updates on legal developments in India relating to corporate businesses.
• Provide practial, user-friendly advice on legal issues impacting the business it activities.
