Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate in Compensation & Benefits to design, execute, and govern compensation programs across the organization. The role focuses on compensation operations, benchmarking, annual cycles, and analytics, partnering with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience in large enterprises, and expertise with compensation surveys and HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with focus on compensation.
  • Experience with annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and market pricing.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or SAP.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

  • Conduct market benchmarking using compensation surveys and provide recommendations.

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on offer evaluations and approvals.

Job Description

The Senior Associate – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible to design, execution, and governance of compensation programs across the organization. The role will primarily focus on compensation operations, salary benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, job evaluation, market analysis, and compensation analytics while partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical capabilities and hands‑on experience managing compensation programs in global or large enterprise environments.

Your Impact
  • Support the execution of annual compensation review cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonus planning, and salary revisions.
  • Conduct market benchmarking using compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford, Korn Ferry, etc.) and provide compensation recommendations.
  • Perform job evaluations, job grading, and salary range analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, internal movements, and retention cases.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer evaluations and compensation approvals.
  • Analyze compensation trends, pay equity, and workforce costs to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and compensation analytics using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ensure governance of compensation policies, guidelines, and approval processes.
  • Support implementation of compensation‑related projects, process improvements, and HR transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain compensation data integrity within HRIS systems and support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously improve compensation processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience
  • 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a primary focus on Compensation.
  • Strong experience in Annual Compensation Reviews, Merit & Promotion Cycle, Salary Benchmarking, Market Pricing, Job Evaluation & Job Grading, Compensation Analytics, Salary Structures & Pay Ranges, Executive/Leadership Compensation support, Hands‑on experience with compensation survey tools such as Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford, Korn Ferry, or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or reporting tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or SAP.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
