Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong team player across multiple sites and R&D functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Project management support: initiate program meetings, update trackers, monitor milestones.
• Manage day-to-day activities related to assigned biobank tasks.
• Represent study startup meetings to discuss protocol, ICF, and assent language.
• Participate in study planning discussions with stakeholders.
• Support process improvement projects.

What you will do:

• Project management support - initiate program meetings, update trackers, monitor milestones

• Responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to assigned biobank tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for representation on study startup meetings to discuss protocol, ICF, and assent language requirements

• Participate in study planning discussions with applicable stakeholders

• Support process improvement projects

• Support revision of controlled documents

• Responsible for supporting sample, data and consent transfers from various vendors

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree & 5 years of related experience OR

• Bachelor’s degree & 7 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using electronic document management systems and principles

• Outstanding attention to detail, including the ability to verify data/information, proofread, and reformat documents

• Strong team player working across multiple sites and R&D functions

• Proficient in Microsoft office and online collaboration tools

• Sharp learning agility, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills

• Reliable contributor with the ability to work independently

Core Competencies:

• Understanding and application of principles, concepts, theories and standards of professional field

• Specialized knowledge within the informed consent field, biobank operations, and basic knowledge about laboratory information management systems

• Drafting and interpreting clinical protocol and ICF language

• Knowledge of related regulatory/industry considerations and compliance issues
