This role holds the level 2 position in organization hierarchy reporting to a Manager in GEI and works closely with the – Executive Director International - Student Recruitment UK and ensures constant alignment of group policy and processes.
The Business Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the business development team by assisting with various operational and administrative tasks. This position involves processing applications, coordinating with admissions, preparing reports, compiling presentations, and providing management with relevant data. The Business Development Coordinator also handles accommodation bookings in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Conduct thorough completeness checks on UK international applications—verifying academic qualifications, English language evidence, and UK visa compliance documentation—strictly within agreed turnaround SLAs before submission to Admissions.
Manage shared mailboxes to deliver timely, professional guidance to agents regarding UK entry requirements and document submission, ensuring all responses meet designated SLAs
Conduct structured weekly pipeline follow-ups with agents and BD teams to resolve outstanding conditions, mitigate bottlenecks, and meet targets for converting applicants into enrolments.
Liaise closely with internal teams—including Admissions, Accounts Receivable, Refunds, and SmartApply—to resolve case-specific hold-ups and system discrepancies.
Guide agents on document uploads via SITS, track deferrals and withdrawals, and ensure strict adherence to GDPR and UKVI compliance standards while maintaining data accuracy.
Insights, trends, and recommendations based on the analysis. Prepare reports and presentations that highlight key findings and support decision-making processes
Bachelor's degree in a related field
