Applied AI ML Senior Associate We have an exciting opportunity for you to enhance your career by joining Consumer & Community Banking - Data & Analytics team. As the Applied AI ML Senior Associate within Customer Analytics team, you will be responsible to drive and deliver the roadmap for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI across marketing analytics and decisioning. This leader will technically lead a team and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to take AI initiatives from ideation → prototyping → production deployment → ongoing monitoring and optimization, delivering measurable customer and business impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of AI roadmap for Marketing Analytics (prioritization, sequencing, value cases, resourcing, and dependency management).
• Deliver high-impact use cases (e.g., next-best-action, audience selection, lifecycle marketing optimization, content intelligence, measurement automation, marketing ops copilots/agents).
• Translate marketing and analytics needs into scalable technical solutions and platform-aligned capabilities.
• Implement solutions as per design and technical direction for ML, GenAI (RAG/fine-tuning where appropriate), and agentic workflows with clear architectural patterns.
• Drive engineering and data science execution across the full lifecycle.
• Establish best practices for reproducibility, documentation, code quality, and model governance across the team.
• Develop and operationalize models for propensity, churn/retention, uplift/causal impact, attribution/MMM support, segmentation, channel optimization, and experimentation.
• Build measurement frameworks that connect AI initiatives to marketing KPIs (incrementality, conversion, retention, engagement, and operational efficiency).
• Ensure solutions meet JPMorganChase standards for model risk management, data privacy, security, fairness/bias testing, explainability, and auditability.
• Partner with Risk/Controls teams to deliver artifacts and controls required for approvals, change management, and ongoing compliance.
• Serve as a senior technical partner to Marketing and Analytics leaders; communicate tradeoffs, timelines, and value realization clearly.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science/ML/AI with a track record of thought-leadership in building AI systems.
• Hands‑on expertise in designing and deploying solutions using ML, GenAI patterns and agentic AI orchestration concepts.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery across complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders with clear narratives and metrics.
• 3+ years marketing analytics experience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments with demonstrated control discipline.
• Familiarity with modern MLOps/LLMOps practices (model registry, feature stores, prompt/model evaluation, monitoring, lineage).
• Deep understanding of marketing measurement and experimentation (A/B testing, incrementality, causal inference).
• Experience integrating AI into marketing execution platforms and decisioning systems (e.g., audience selection, journey orchestration, outbound channels).
