Job summary

• Analyze and understand sub-process activities with attention to detail.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
• Draft and communicate professional emails with stakeholders regarding operational requirements, follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
• Monitor and track activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to defined processes.
• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and compliance-related issues, and escalation when required.
• Maintain high accuracy levels while handling operational tasks and documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
