Job Description / Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
• Maintain inventory reports. Picket Packers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and products to ensure they have the right items, are not damaged, and nothing is missing as per the order
• As a pick packer, you pick items in a warehouse based on the customer’s order and pack them for shipping. You also label items with delivery details and load them onto delivery trucks, helping businesses fulfil orders efficiently
• Food and cab facility is free
• Day & night shift
• 6 days working, 1 weekly off
• Morning 9 am to 6 pm & Evening 7 pm to 4 am

Salary breakup

• Monthly gross salary – INR 15,702
• Take home salary – INR 14,280
• Attendance bonus – INR 500
• Leave Encashment – INR 1,000
• Night shift allowance – INR 1,560 (120/day × 13 days)
• OT (Conditions apply) – INR 145/hour
• Total potential monthly earnings – INR 17,500 to INR 21,000
