Job summary

Hucon Solutions in Chennai is seeking an experienced AS/400 developer to design, build and maintain applications on the IBM i platform. You will work with RPGILE, CL, SYNON, and DDS, applying best practices for code quality and performance.

You will optimize OS/400 commands and integrate with DB2/400, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to deliver robust solutions for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in application development and deployment on AS/400.
• Proficient in RPGILE, CL, SYNON.
• Experience creating, building, and maintaining programs using RPGILE, CL, SYNON on AS/400.
• Good understanding of Database, DDS, sub files, RPG & RPGLE.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build and maintain AS/400 programs and applications.
