Ciklum is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our India team in a full‑time capacity. You will lead end‑to‑end AI system design, focusing on LLM‑driven applications and RAG, partnering with product and data teams.

The role requires 8+ years in software/AI with strong Python and ML framework expertise, cloud AI stacks, and governance around security and privacy. You will mentor juniors and deliver production‑grade AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, data, or AI engineering with 3–4 years building AI/ML solutions.
• BSc, MSc, or PhD in CS/Math or related quantitative field with strong ML foundations.
• Proven track record with LLMs, multimodal AI, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Expert Python and ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow; familiarity with LangChain & Hugging Face.
• Cloud-native AI stacks (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) and enterprise data platforms.
• CI/CD, model versioning, observability, and evaluation methods (CRISP-ML(Q)).
• End-to-end AI delivery: data ingestion to production-grade model serving.
• Ability to handle text, image, and audio modalities; time-series forecasting & anomaly detection.
• Governance & security: privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and ethical AI in enterprise design.

About The Role:

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer, become a part of a cross‑functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

• Academic Foundation: BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with a deep command of probability, statistics, and machine learning optimization
• AI & Generative AI Expertise: Proven track record in building and deploying advanced AI systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal architectures, RAG, and Agentic systems
• Engineering Proficiency: Expert‑level Python skills and mastery of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and Hugging Face
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native AI stacks (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI) and enterprise data platforms
• Operational Excellence (LLMOps): Proficiency in modern AI engineering practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, observability, and evaluation methodologies (e.g., CRISP-ML(Q))
