About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on expertise in Python and Generative AI, complemented by a robust foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Transformer-based architectures.

This is a highly hands‑on role that requires operating as a strong individual contributor while also demonstrating the ability to lead at a solution level. The individual will collaborate closely with CPOs and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact technical solutions.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of features and solutions from problem definition and model development through to API design, cloud deployment, and performance optimization ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI systems.

• Experience building production‑grade APIs and scalable services.
• Performance optimization and scaling of high‑volume systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Production deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD experience.

Skills Required – Preferred

• Experience with Agentic AI systems and multi‑agent workflows.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, serverless architectures.
